What counts as AI minutes?

Voice call duration where the AI agent is active. Billed per minute of talk time.

How are SMS counted?

Each outbound SMS segment counts as one. Opt-outs are respected; opted-out leads are skipped in campaigns.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Use the Billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
